Royal Palm Villas is a complex of 16 one bedroom apartments - all fully self contained and self catering. Nestling in lush tropical gardens, the apartments are set back from the street to provide minimal traffic noise and greater privacy.

Entry is over a small bridge which gives you an impressive view of our unique freeform saltwater swimming pool and waterfall. Entertaining is as easy as lighting up the B.B.Q and getting comfortable on our poolside lounges or outdoor setting.

Free off-street parking is available, and a hire car can be arranged for those travelers who arrive by air. A selection of restaurants and shops are just around the corner and the Esplanade and City Centre are within easy walking distance. For the sports enthusiast, a gym and tennis courts are nearby and it's an easy stroll to The Esplanade walking or jogging path.

Royal Palm Villas are one bedroom apartments with one queen or two single beds. Our family apartments can accommodate 3 - 4 people comfortably. All apartments are air conditioned and have ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen with cook tops and microwaves. The apartments have cool ceramic tiled floors and all are tropically decorated. Most apartments have a balcony or private patio. Wi-fi Broadband and dial-up internet access is available from all rooms.
